Finger food: In the lead up to Christmas, we received several requests for finger food options predominantly for male events. The MAN-U was born. It’s a manly man’s canapé menu. Great flavours. Satisfying. Memorable food:

  • Sticky Chinese five spice pork belly bites
  • Hickory smoked slow cooked Brisket sliders with homemade BBQ Bourbon sauce
  • Hand rolled spring rolls filled with your choice of either;
    • Crocodile & native herb
    • Prawn & Humpty doo Barramundi

  • Slow roast beef cheek & garlic mash
