fried shallot, and toasted coconut
– Puffed tofu with Indonesian peanut sauce
– A fantasy toadstool…A la Alice in wonderland, a mushroom
delight with surprise hidden inside
– Grilled Sprouts, baby asparagus and white bean hummus
– Charred greens on chimichurri
