Description
MEAT & SEAFOOD MENU
– Betel leaves from our garden topped with prawns,
toasted coconut, peanut, fried shallot, and fresh chilli
– Tuna ceviche with jalapeño, shaved radish, lime, and coriander
– Pork belly with apple, fennel and smoked cauliflower puree
– Wagyu beef with a truffle fantasy toadstool
– Charred greens on chimichurri
